Quick Movie Review -

The Lego Movie:
To be honest, I didn't like this movie at all and their theme song "Everything is Awesome" irritate me beyond believe. I think you need to be a "lego fan" to get this movie.

Tammy:
This is tiny bit funny, so don't expect too much from this one. Melissa McCarthy need a new character idea. She keep repeating the same jokes.

The Words:
This is very interesting movie with great cast about a writer and his story of another writer. I didn't like the ending, but I enjoyed how it started and its concept.

Due Date:
This is so boring, I won't even bother writing anything about it.

Tower Heist:
You can never go wrong with a comedy movie about stealing rich guys, especially if Ben Stiller is starring.

Till the next one!

Movie Review: The A-Team

OH God. Here we go
I grew up watching the A-team TV series and when I heard back in 2010 that the movie version is coming out, I could not wait to see it. However, now I wish I didn’t. Because when I watched it in the movie theaters I screamed from the top of my lungs from shock and fear of what they did to my memories and to this day, I feel like I should have demanded a refund after the movie was finished. Away from my personal feelings the movie was horrible I mean it really was. What they were thinking when they were in post-production phase of the movie? I wish if I was there to stop this madness.

Like of the series, the movie is about 3 guys: the old wise one, John "Hannibal" Smith (Liam Nesson); the kind handsome playboy, Templeton "Face" Peck (Bradly Cooper) and the black dude, Bosco Albert (Quinton "Rampage" Jackson) who’s all about ass kicking  and fighting with Charissa Sosa (Jessica Biel). In the movie they are in Iraq and are trying to retrieve stolen U.S. Treasury plates with over 1 billion dollars in cash. The mission is a success, but they discover that there is more to those plates than they think and they all end up in jail. Then they try to seek revenge from those who betrayed them and take back the plates once again.

That all what you need to know about the story. It’s short simple over used by a dozen of action movies and it kills me that if someone thought this plot is new or original.

When I 1st heard that Liam Nesson was in the movie, I knew instantly that someone will be kidnapped even if it was him. I am sure when Liam’s agent brings him scripts to read he makes sure that someone will be kidnapped so Liam can feel he is in the zone. Bradly Cooper, you should be ashamed of yourself for participating in this low commercial movie . We,  the people, expect you to make better life choices and as for Rampage Jackson big mistake when you left the UFC to become an actor. You can’t act you sir are insult to Mr.T you destroyed the legacy of the character and we all pity the fool who decided to cast you in this role. Jessica we love you but you left no choice. I watched you in this movie at your worst behavior and your character was so mundane and forgetful. I wish if I saw Justin Timberlake reaction after witnessing his wife performance in this horrible movie.

If you decided to watch the movie please don’t schedule and make an effort to watch it. Just watch it like whenever you are free and have nothing to do, so you can appreciate the value of time .

Movie Review: Guardians of the Galaxy

This movie is just FUNNY, EXCITING and AMAZING!! I LOVE it! It’s one of those movies that I will watch over and over and over again!!

Based on a comic series (which I haven’t read to be honest) comes the story of the funniest group of Galaxy mischiefs. You have the human, Peter Quill (Chris Pratt), the weirdest and funniest bounty hunters, Rocket (voice of Bradley Cooper) and Groot (voice of Vin Diesel), the angry vindictive Drax (Dave Bautista) and the most hated female in the Galaxy, Gamora (Zoe Saldana).  They all are pushed together by the hate of Ronan the Accuser (Lee Pace) and the need for money hahaha.

I enjoyed the movie so much!! As you expect from a Marvel’s movie, it’s light and fun. Super fun! The coolest thing is that Peter was abducted from Earth when he was 8 living in the 80s and with him he took his cassette and Walkman with songs from the 80s. So the movie had this rocking retro feel that made me into 80s songs!!

Other than that, the world of this story was so alive and done really well! The makeup the wardrobe weren’t over done for me. The world is so colorful, so many things could have gone wrong, but it didn’t!!

Maybe because it had this 80s feel and even the ships and weapons were done in a classical space style, I felt that it was done in that era, but with today’s equipment. It was freaking awesome!!

The cast of this movie was amazing too! The chemistry between the characters was just right! And everyone shined! I love it! I wanna go live there and be with them!!!

I RECOMMEND this for sure! I’m not that big on Space movies, but this one just STOLE MY HEART!!!

If you haven’t watched it! Do so as soon as you can!! And if you have, let us know what ya think in the comment section!

Till again!

Movie Reviews: Limitless

Imagine if there’s a pill that makes you 10x smarter, would you not kill to get it? That what happened in this movie as one transparent tiny pill fell into the hands of a failed writer. Eddie Morra (Bradley Cooper) in less than two months with the help of these pills became one of the most successful men in Wall Street. Everything was clear and focused in his mind and before he knew it, he was on top of the world. But, this is life, nothing comes easily to anyone. There is always a price to pay or at least a small slap on the face and that was the start of the most intense nerve ricking scenes where I was shouting on the screen “Just TAKE THE PILL!!!!”

At first I felt the movie was slow, but then as I was closer to the climax, I kept peeking on the time hoping it won’t end soon, because I wanted to know more. I had all these questions in my mind, who made the pills? Who else took it? Who’s that creepy dude in the background??? All those questions were answered and that made me love this movie even more.

To talk about Bradley Cooper, Bradley is not just the hottest actors alive, but he’s also improving. I loved to see how he didn’t only get into his character, but also evolve as Eddie did and you can notice that throughout the movie. From being shy and weird to the most charming successful man!

Another element of this movie which I thought was fun was the fact that the cinematography of the movie shifts; the scenes were bright and colorful when Eddie took the pills then they were gray and dull when he was off. It made me as a viewer feel like I, myself was taking the pills.

Even though the movie gripped my attention, I was a little disappointed by some stuff, like I mentioned before the beginning was slow, but I forgave that when I get deeper into the movie. But the most thing that annoyed me (and it’s the same with many other movies) there are missing scenes which I saw in the trailer!! Yes, I’ve seen it, but I like to see how it blends in the story.

Other than that, it’s a really smart, fun, very intense and exciting movie. It is the kind of movies that makes you think, “What will happen next?”

Movie Review: The Hangover 2

Zach Galifianakis, Bradley Cooper, Ed HelmsThis is the second time I went to see the wolf pack in their new adventure. I laughed the second time as much as I did the first. Hangover 2 is as good and some said better than the first movie. The movie takes comedy to a new level. The way it was filmed looked very well made. I mean most of the comedies these days are so cheap and idiotic!

Even though the movie contained a lot of not so polite scenes, it still makes you laugh and enjoy your time. I mean you will cry from laughter I guarantee it!!

The wolf pack is what holds the movie together, but Alan, (Zach Galifianakis) is the perfect element in the plot. Every move he makes, every word he utters even the clothes he wears gives you a reason to laugh. He is so sweet and weird that you'll have to love him. He will be a classic comedy character!!

I'm trying to express how awesome the movie is without spoiling it for the viewers. All I'm gonna say, you MUST see Hangover 2 and if you didn't even see the first one, you'll know what to do after reading this post, GO SEE IT!!!
